Refund and Returns:

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your delivery was received, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Iced Beauty does not accept liability for any product which does not meet the client’s expectation.

For hygiene purposes, Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with all tamper resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them. No stickers or labels may be removed.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, Items purchased on sale or discount may not be cancelled, returned, refunded or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items, beauty or skincare accessories.
  • For reasons of hygiene, brushes may not be refunded or exchanged, unless they are defective.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Any item that is not in its original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The goods remain your responsibility until they are received and signed by us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

A 3.85% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the item has been approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If items are defective or damaged at receipt of delivery or incorrect items are received, please email us within 24hours at
